ACDC FIZZ is a product of Aerochem Neutron, a pharmaceutical company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For queries, contact us by email or WhatsApp.
2. Products
ACDC FIZZ is an effervescent electrolyte hydration tablet intended for general hydration support in healthy adults. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
- Products are sold subject to availability.
- We may change formulations, packaging, or pricing without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration only.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders placed on acdcfizz.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Payment information must be accurate and complete.
- You authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from order confirmation, though timelines may vary by location and courier availability.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept return or replacement requests only in these cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 95120 47000 with a photo of the product. Opened products and change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Subscription Orders
Subscribe & Save orders are recurring purchases. You may cancel before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests received after billing are processed from the following cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Aerochem Neutron. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer
